TRAINING COURSES

Each one of these self-paced courses is designed to teach you how to determine times either using a predetermined motion time system like MOST or using a stopwatch. The MOST courses are designed to teach you the rules of a specific MOST Work Measurement System and the Time Study course will prepare you to produce accurate, well-documented time studies using a stopwatch.
